Place Cryoblaze in the freezer for cold therapy - wrap with a damp cloth to prevent skin sensitivities.
Place Cryoblaze in the microwave for 60 seconds, pausing every 15 seconds to turn the bag to prevent overheating in one area - wrap with a towel and place on desired area.

If using bag in both freezer and microwave, be sure bag is at room temperature before changing from hot to cold and vice versa.
